Who are we looking for? We are looking for an IT Card Management Analyst / Specialist

Functional and Process Analysis

• Analyze the main Card Management processes: card issuance, lifecycle management, authorizations, clearing & settlement, fraud management and chargeback.
• Gather and formalize business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support business functions in defining scalable IT solutions compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk and Security.

Technical and Architectural Analysis

• Analyze complex application architectures and define integration flows between systems.
• Draft technical and functional documentation (application specifications, integration flows, data mapping).
• Collaborate with development teams during design, development, testing and release phases.
• Support the management of application incidents and production issues.

DevOps and Technologies

• Operate in DevOps and cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on the use and evolution of CI/CD pipelines.
• Use version control systems (Git / Bitbucket).
• Support application and infrastructure troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to improving the stability, quality and performance of applications through monitoring and logging tools.
