Main responsibilities
- Begleitung und Beratung der geflüchteten Personen in verschiedenen Alltagsbelangen
- Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten: Bereitstellung der persönlichen Dossiers, Eintrittsmaterial sowie Entgegennahme von Material, Austrittsabrechnung
- Mitverantwortung bei Konfliktbearbeitung und -bewältigung gemäss den Betreuungsgrundsätze
- Einführung und Anleitung von Reinigung und Unterhalt der Wohnräume und Umsetzung der Reinigungs- und Hygienekonzepte
- Planen, Einführen und Anleiten von Hausdienst und Ämtli
- Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der Hausordnung im Zentrum und Umsetzung des Organisationshandbuch bezüglich Sicherheit und Notfall
- Sicherstellen eines geordneten Zentrumsbetriebes und einer ruhigen Atmosphäre
- Übernahme von zeitlich variierenden Arbeitsdiensten (inklusive Tag-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung von Vorteil in der Betreuung oder Hauswirtschaft;
- Erfahrung im Migrationsbereich wünschenswert
