Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs Implementation and Reintegration Implementation Institutions Canton of Zurich Supervisor/in / Supervisor/in Werkdienst 80 - 100% Implementation and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich for the execution of penalties and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of people who have committed crimes and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance. The Prison Affoltern am Albis (GFA) is one of the canton of Zurich’s (VEZ) prisons – one of the eight main departments of the JuWe – and is an institution specialized in the closed execution of prison sentences. The GFA can accommodate about 65 detainees. In addition to the concept of group enforcement, which aims to increase the personal responsibility of the inmates, a step-appropriate school education (BiSt) is offered. For our work service, we are looking for a solid, socially competent and resilient personality immediately or by agreement. The job is limited to 12 months from the start. Your tasks

• Guidance, guidance and motivation of around 60 inmates, taking into account their abilities and current physical and psychological condition
• Promoting the personal development of inmates with a view to their reintegration
• Ensure correct recording of earnings
• Participation in projects of the workplace
• Preparation of management leaf records, reports and hearings and further administrative work
• Support in crisis situations Your profile
• Basic craftsmanship training and several years of professional experience
• First experience in agogics is beneficial
• fluent knowledge of German in words and writing
• Knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Open-mindedness in thinking and acting, teamwork as well as joy in dealing with people of different social and cultural origins and in crisis situations
• Minimum age 25 years
