Description Care assistant - Ausschreibung The EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes throughout the cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, guaranteeing the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of the place where the services are requested. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, the EoC ensures quality health care by caring for over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations. The following position is intended for candidates who wish to apply spontaneously as a Care Assistant. ## Profile The nursing service of the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio employs about 320 collaborators distributed in the different departments, in a context of care based on the relationship. ## Requirements - Cantonal Care Assistant Diploma (SSMT or SCOs) or recognised equivalent qualification. - Preparation for a quality patient-oriented service, for interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and for transparent communication. - Excellent knowledge of the Italian language spoken and written and possibly of a second national language. - Knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package) is essential. ##
