EOC, Ticino’s multi-site hospital, is present throughout the canton with its facilities, for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our Team Applications Services within the Digital Evolution and Technology Area of the General Directorate, we are looking for an IT Product Owner (100%)

Profile

The person we are looking for is responsible for managing and evolving digital products, collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities, requirements and development roadmaps. They ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational needs and application development, ensuring that the solutions implemented generate value for the organization. They actively collaborate with Service Owner, Business Relationship Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, development teams and UX/UI teams, fostering coordination among the different functions involved and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

The successful candidate stands out for strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative attitude and the ability to work in multidisciplinary contexts. Proactivity, results orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage different priorities and foster organizational change through an approach focused on continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Definition of the vision: define and clearly communicate the product vision and long-term objectives to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company strategy.
• Planning and Roadmap: actively collaborate with management to define, maintain and achieve the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Requirements gathering: write clear and detailed User Stories, accompanied by precise and measurable acceptance criteria to effectively guide the development team.
• Customer value: define and prioritize product features, constantly balancing end users’ needs with the strategic value for the organization.
• Product validation: verify and test the features developed, ensuring their compliance with the acceptance criteria and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Product Backlog Management: create, manage and keep the product backlog up to date, ensuring transparency and clarity of requirements.
