- Completed training AGS, nursing assistant (SRK) or equivalent recognition or Willingness to complete an appropriate training
- Respectful, valuing and empathic handling of the inhabitants
- Good oral and written German knowledge, ideally basic knowledge of the Romanesque language Cosa offriamo Interesting and versatile activities
