The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, the living in old age and the consulting with a total of about 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

We are looking for you as a reinforcement for our dedicated and humorous Spitex team. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Your new tasks

• Independent care and care in simple and stable care situations
• Independent implementation of clearly defined household activities involving customers
• Observation of changes in the situation for the purpose of early detection and prevention and transfer to case management
• Performance recording and maintenance documentation using Nexus and interRAI-HC
• Traineeship course or readiness for SRC course
• Enjoyment in dealing with older people and people in need of support
• Enjoy independent work and good organizational skills
• Good oral and written knowledge of German and computer skills
• Category B ticket is advantageous
• 6 weeks until completion of the 20. Age year
