Mission To develop our Quality department, we are looking for a trainee to support us in our strategic initiatives in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team in which you can develop your talents. Your mission will be to carry out continuous improvement projects for our Manufacture Horlogère de La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland. These projects aim to strengthen synergies around operational control activity in order to increase performance. Responsibilities Continue the deployment of the Lean Manufacturing approach started within the Quality and Reliability teams. You will have the opportunity to explore and implement continuous improvement solutions on one of the following two strategic axes: Optimization of controls during assembly flow watches Optimization of controls on 3D machines in production WHAT WE RECOGNIZE Engineering training, with an industrial management orientation, operational excellence or equivalent and strong interest in continuous improvement. Self-employed, organized, proactive and willing to be the force of proposals. Team spirit and enjoying working with diverse interlocutors. Mastery of computer tools to extract and analyse data.
