Managing your team •

Responsible for achieving your sector's objectives in terms of cost, quality, timeliness and safety

You ensure that existing processes and means are maintained and you are involved in implementing new manufacturing processes.

You are involved in the construction of the scheduling.

You manage the supply and consumables stocks in your sector, while controlling the allocated budget.

You ensure that information is shared with the various partners and your team.

You track your sector's production using digital tools and prepare your sector reports.

Ensuring conformity of manufacturing processes and parts quality

You guarantee the conformity of the manufacturing processes and the quality of the parts.

You undertake corrective actions in partnership with the supporting departments.

You manage the Product/Process audits in your sector in partnership with the quality team.

You guarantee compliance with safety and security procedures

WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?

Having a graduate degree and with experience confirmed in a similar position ideally within an industrial environment, you have a good knowledge of industrial production processes and/or a strong interest in jewellery products.

With a pragmatic and global vision of your environment, you are able to easily understand transversal issues, both technical and managerial, and to bring your production teams to life with rigour, empathy and benevolence.

You are self-sufficient and like to assume responsibilities in a demanding environment. At ease with the numbers, the usual and good digital tools communicate, you are able to report consistently on the achievement of your operational results rigorously and proactively.
