His duties
- Telephone contact with customers, custodians, artisans and authorities
- Processing of defects
- Preparation and designation of maintenance/repair assignments
- Processing and counting of invoices
- Organization of appointments for administration (e.g. shooting/consigning apartments, issue of lease contracts)
- Assistance to administrators for assignments concerning lease contracts, resumption/consignment of objects, processing of final counts, participation in condominium assemblies
Your profile
- Trade Entrepreneurship E-/M profile or similar/even formation (e.g. Construction Drawer)
- Experience in the commercial sector, whether in the real estate sector
- Italian mother tongue and good knowledge of national languages, good correspondence skills
- Good knowledge MS Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, evt. Power-point)
- Competent, customer oriented, collaborative and oriented/or results
- Independent, reliable, works precisely and resiliently
- Self-aware, safe presence, pleasure in contact with people
