• Promote an interdisciplinary approach to care ## Required
• Diploma in nursing HES or deemed equivalent
• Red Cross recognition for foreign degrees
• Experience in cardiac and/or intermediate care
• Intermediate care training, an asset
• Ability to promote and develop quality care
• Relationship qualities, listening and communication
• Dynamism, flexibility and openness
