- Further training as a vocational trainer/in SVEB or the willingness to complete it
- They excel as a resilient, communicative and open personality and enjoy working in a team
- They demonstrate a high level of social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
- Good organizational talent and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation round off their profile
