- You run the decentralized assistance hub from the Solothurn home base in terms of personnel and expertise and regularly show your presence at the other Swiss locations.
- You relieve the administrative burden on customer consultants, work actively in day-to-day business and clarify inquiries directly with the customer – you master the balancing act between first-class customer service and active sales support.
Main responsibilities
- You run the decentralized assistance hub from the Solothurn home base in terms of personnel and expertise and regularly show your presence at the other Swiss locations.
- You relieve the administrative burden on customer consultants, work actively in day-to-day business and clarify inquiries directly with the customer – you master the balancing act between first-class customer service and active sales support.
- You promote a sales-oriented mindset throughout the hub and ensure that administrative relief and sales clout go hand in hand.
- You ensure efficient back office processes, guarantee the highest quality of service and consistently adhere to processing times.
- You critically analyze existing processes, drive continuous improvements and promote an open feedback culture across all locations.
- You represent the area significantly in cross-sectoral initiatives. Requirements
- Commercial degree (EFZ), in-depth practice in banking sales and settlement as well as ideally initial management experience and strong sales skills to optimally serve the interface to the front
- Fluent language skills in German and French. Italian advantage
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland for regular cross-location cooperation
- Mandatory user knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
