  • Strong understanding of different countries and cultures as well as willingness to travel moderately
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English TASKS As an HR Business Partner in Region Mid, you are the central HR contact for the regional manager and the management of Region Mid, consisting of the national companies in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria.
  • You ensure the connection between the division's HR and the HR teams in the countries and actively contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy at division level. Your main tasks include:
  • Strategic and operational HR advice to the regional manager and the managers of the national companies
