PROFILE
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable
- Professional experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in profile processing
- Sound knowledge of ISO code
- Reading and understanding of NC codes and technical drawings
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good written and spoken German skills (at least level B1) TASKS
- Setting up and operating large CNC lathe Seiger SLZ1500 with a Siemens SINUMERIK 840 DL control system
- Assistance Process optimisation as well as development and initiation of appropriate improvement measures
- Independent measurement and quality control
- Task: Turning of drive and wheelsets (reprofiling), drums
- Operation of the wheelset press, joining of drive and wheelsets
