We are the SPITEX Thurgau Nordwest and, with around 50 dedicated employees, provide professional and individual outpatient care and care in five communities. Our organisation is evolving: structures are changing and cooperation across team and organisational boundaries is becoming increasingly important. For our base in Diessenhofen, we are looking for an experienced leader who takes responsibility, empowers people and actively shapes our future. Team management Care (80%) Admission by arrangement Your field of activity You lead a team of around 15 employees in terms of expertise, personnel and organisation. You create orientation, promote a trusting cooperation and develop your area of responsibility forward-looking.

This sets you apart

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH and sound professional experience, ideally in Spitex
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably supplemented by further training in the field of leadership
• An empathetic, reflective and decisive personality who can inspire, promote and also challenge employees
• Strength of communication, capacity for conflict and a strong sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skill and the ability to keep track even in demanding situations
• Experience with change processes and enjoyment of networked and cross-divisional cooperation
