Job: By arrangement, indefinitely
Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the technical management of the department
- Work in direct clinical care and control of the nursing diagnostic process
- Continuous staff empowerment through personal coaching, training and case discussions
- Ensuring and further developing quality of care and patient safety in the department
- Development, adaptation and evaluation of technical guidelines and instructions in cooperation with other specialist experts, nursing experts and other professional groups
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as nurse FH or
- Completed vocational training as a nurse HF with Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete it
- At least 2 years of professional experience in acute care, surgery beneficial
- Professional appearance and pleasure in the further development of the specialist areas in an interprofessional team
