Role overview

Tasks

• You are responsible for a successfully used offer of work and daily structure places in the studios of the day care centers
• You are actively involved in the ongoing review and further development of the offers of the day centres
• They are responsible for the quality of the services provided and the satisfaction of the clients
• They are responsible for a team of around 10 RTD and are responsible for HR management, personnel planning and personnel development.

Requirements

• You convince me of your experience in personnel management as well as your experience in working with people with disabilities
• You are a flexible, resilient personality with strong social skills
• Organizational talent, structured and efficient work as well as an analytical and networked way of thinking round off your talents
• have completed tertiary education in the social or special education sector
