You take over
- Direct management of a team of different nursing professional groups and different generations
- You are not only responsible for ensuring the operation of the station, but also actively participate in the quality assurance and further development of the station and the entire clinic for surgery and orthopaedics
- You actively influence structural and procedural conditions and support your team in personal development

You bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a nurse HF / FH and already have several years of practical experience in nursing in the acute hospital. Ideally in the field of surgery/orthopedics
- You bring "Leadership" and have leadership experience
- Experience in a Swiss acute hospital is a good prerequisite for this demanding position
