Main responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Own software components, systems, and features with significant impact, from initial brainstorming of project ideas to design, implementation, testing, launch and beyond.
- Manage the issues of scaling systems to support larger user bases.
- Help build and maintain our team culture of respect, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with our Technical Lead, Product Manager, other cross-functional partners, and other teams within Commerce, Ads, Geo, and other areas.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
