Main responsibilities
- You advise and accompany employees confidentially in psychological, psychosocial and personal challenges
- They identify support needs at an early stage and coordinate the professional triage to internal and external specialist departments
- You work closely with the Bühler healthcare team and other relevant contacts
- They actively shape the further development of our health management and put a special focus on the promotion of mental health
- They ensure seamless and professional documentation in compliance with the highest data protection, confidentiality and quality standards Requirements
- Completed studies in psychology, social work or Social education with several years of experience in psychosocial counseling and crisis intervention
- Good knowledge of Swiss health and social services
- Strong counselling, communication and social skills coupled with high empathy and empathy
- Absolute trustworthiness, high sensitivity in dealing with confidential health data and an independent, precise and team-oriented way of working
