For our technology team in Zurich, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and interfaces that drive the digitalization of our internal processes.
Our modern technology stack includes Java/Kotlin, Kafka, Spring Boot, and OpenShift (Docker).

- Take ownership of new initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, requirements engineering, solution design, and system architecture, ensuring scalable and sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, processes, and standards.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for software features, processes, and workflows to ensure transparency and usability.
- Act as a trusted partner by troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
