- Several years of practical experience as ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation solutions
- Demonstrate practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search
- Experience in the design and implementation of productive AI solutions ServiceNow certifications
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Nice-to-have
- Experience with GenAI, LLM or AI agent approaches
- Architecture experience in the enterprise environment
- Experience in public administrations or regulated environments
