Role overview
We are looking for, with immediate beginning or to agree, a Senior Project Manager HR for a determined two-year position within the Human Resources sector.
In this role you will actively accompany the transformation of the SSR and contribute to defining central HR issues in a dynamic context.

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale in una funzione analoga, preferibilmente nell'ambito di progetti HR e Compensation.
- Solida esperienza nella direzione e nell'attuazione di progetti, preferibilmente in contesti di trasformazione e presso grandi aziende attive a livello nazionale.
Key requirements
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale in una funzione analoga, preferibilmente nell'ambito di progetti HR e Compensation.
- Solida esperienza nella direzione e nell'attuazione di progetti, preferibilmente in contesti di trasformazione e presso grandi aziende attive a livello nazionale.
- Conoscenze approfondite dell'ambito HR e sensibilità per i processi HR costituiscono un vantaggio.
- Spiccate capacità concettuali e competenza nello strutturare con chiarezza situazioni complesse e nel collocarle in una prospettiva strategica.
- Personalità comunicativa, orientata alle soluzioni ed empatica, con elevata iniziativa personale, pensiero sistemico e abilità nell'integrare prospettive diverse (regioni, settori).
- Ottima conoscenza del tedesco e buona padronanza di una seconda lingua nazionale.
