- Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 115,500 – 214,500 CHF Annual
- The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
- In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.

- Support Swiss tax planning, structuring and reorganization initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Advise on cross-border transactions, intellectual property structures and value chain developments.
- Partner with Treasury and Legal on financing structures, bond issuances and funding arrangements.
- Support tax due diligence, risk assessments and structuring activities for mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare, negotiate and manage tax rulings with Swiss Tax Authorities.
- Monitor tax risks, support audits and ensure compliance with Swiss tax legislation and policies.

- Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Swiss corporate tax planning, structuring and financing matters.
