- Master's degree (or equivalent), ideally in psychology or a related discipline
- Excellent organisational skills and enthusiasm for independently driving complex projects involving multiple stakeholders A structured, proactive and self-directed working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary and international research environment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Previous experience in academic research, project management or the coordination of larger research projects is an advantage
