What you do

As the first point of contact, you accept customer requests in the inbound process in several languages.

You are a real communication talent and enjoy supporting people.

Contacts

  • As a case handler, you will process enquiries in the areas of prevention, insurance and our online services holistically – from telephony and emails to 1st-level support.
  • Together with the team, you ensure accessibility during service hours.
  • In addition to telephony, you ensure efficient post-processing in the customer system and keep an overview even with high workloads. What you bring
  • You have a commercial basic education or equivalent education and have practical experience in the contact center as well as basic knowledge in the insurance sector.
  • A high level of consulting and service competence as well as self-responsible thinking and acting characterize you.
  • Your German skills at native level are supplemented by very good language skills in French (minimum C1).
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • You think service-oriented, recognize potential for optimization and proactively participate in the further development of processes and in the team.
  • It gives you pleasure to take responsibility, make decisions and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
