- Flair and joy in recognizing customer needs and inspiring them for the right financial solutions
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ)

Recruitment process

- Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we use a personality test (BIP, Scales test, etc.) as an additional step to support selection. The results of the test may be discussed personally and form the basis for further selection. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
- Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
- Reference information: When obtaining references, we ask for impressions, strengths and weaknesses again and have them verified by former supervisors or employees. References can be obtained after the first or second round and are only made with consent. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
- Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
