- Ensuring the management, consolidated monitoring and performance of the portfolio of projects, products and applications: status, milestones, charges, priorities and alerts
- Prepare, secure and lead portfolio governance forums: agendas, materials, quality of topics and follow-up of decisions
- Ensure follow-up of decisions, arbitrations and action plans from governance bodies
- Ensuring the quality, reliability, completeness and updating of portfolio data in reference tools
- Produce, disseminate and ensure consistency of reports and analyses to the IS Directorate, bodies and trades
- Identify risks, deviations, blocking points and issues requiring a decision, then scale them up if necessary
- Provide guidance and supervision on possible contributions from the MOP support
- Pilot or contribute to continuous improvement projects related to portfolio management and processes
