- GMP knowledge as well as initial experience in sterile production are beneficial, but can still be acquired
- Solid user knowledge with EDP applications (office applications, possibly SAP) and more complex production facilities
- Service-oriented, team-capable personality with high flexibility and an independent, structured working method
- Willingness to perform piquetry operations on weekends and public holidays
