- Your responsibilities include processing, controlling and managing loan applications for private and corporate customers.
- You actively contribute to the proper management of customer dossiers (in terms of deadlines, quality and compliance with regulations) through flawless data processing and take the appropriate measures in the event of potential or actual risks.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include processing, controlling and managing loan applications for private and corporate customers.
- You actively contribute to the proper management of customer dossiers (in terms of deadlines, quality and compliance with regulations) through flawless data processing and take the appropriate measures in the event of potential or actual risks.
- You participate in the tasks of the internal control system (ICS) and contribute to compliance with the credit policy.
- Finally, you support the customer advisors and promote a constructive exchange in order to achieve win-win results.
- Do you like challenges? This position is perfect for you if
- You have commercial training (EFZ, Matura or equivalent) and have several years of relevant experience in the back office area for bank loans.
- You have a strong sense of maintaining priorities and deadlines.
- You not only have excellent knowledge of French, but also good oral and written knowledge of German;
- Bilingualism would be a big plus.
- You are proficient in using IT tools and have good analytical skills.
