- Work in the ambulatory (including a visiting offer) for older people in a
Multi-professional team
- Participation in the consular and liaison service in retirement and nursing homes and hospitals of the Canton of Thurgau
- Cooperation with the specialist centres for age and dementia in the Canton of Thurgau
- Close cooperation with the Geriatrics Department of the Cantonal Hospital Münsterlingen

Every year, we treat more than 7,500 patients and offer specialized outpatient, outreach and daily clinical services in Münsterlingen, Weinfelden, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld and Romanshorn.
