The Psychiatric Services Thurgau (PDT), consisting of the Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen, the outpatient area with day clinics and outpatients at four locations as well as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service, treat mentally ill people of all age groups. At the Weinfelden site, the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (KJPD) and the Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (EPD) are located under one roof.
They shall take over
- In our secretariat, you are the first contact person for patients, referrals, authorities and insurance companies and perform, among other things, all administrative secretarial tasks such as scheduling office hours, collecting patient data via SAP, supporting the reception at the counter and telephone service as well as occasionally writing dictates from Diktaphon and editing reports.
They bring with them
- You have completed vocational training as medical secretary and/or medical assistant and at least 3 years of professional experience in a medical secretariat.
- You are a flexible, resilient, friendly and team capable personality with a sense of responsibility, are motivated and can not be put out of peace even in hectic times.
- Your further qualifications include an accurate, forward-looking and independent working method, stylish German in word and writing. Good IT skills (MS Office, KISIM (Clinical Information System), SAP) round off your profile and are essential.
