You take over

• Reception of our patients and data collection (SAP)
• Triagulation on the phone and scheduling of assignments and emergencies in our office hours
• Administrative pre- and post-processing of office hours, creation of workflows in
• Clinic information system
• Agenda management, case management
• Writing medical office hours, surgical and exit reports dictated or with speech recognition
• Preparation of small surgical procedures
• assistance in gynecological and urogynecological examinations, ultrasound examinations,
• Pregnancy checks and small surgical procedures such as punctures, laser therapies, etc.
• Performing vein punctures, vaccinations, injections
• Material management, ordering

You bring with you

• Training as medical practice assistant (EFZ) (or equivalent training in health care)
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Experienced handling of medical reports and stylish German
• Experience in ambulatory performance measurement
