Our varied everyday life includes gynecological and urogynecological consultation hours, gynecological oncology and senology, pregnancy checks, ultrasound examinations and minor surgical procedures. Consultation assistance, patient coordination and administrative activities are also part of our broad remit. They shall take over

• They ensure the personnel and professional leadership of the MPA's, the medical secretariat and the station assistance in the women's clinic
• You take over the recruitment, introduction and promotion of employees as well as the service and holiday planning
• You are responsible for the organization and coordination of consultation hours as well as efficient capacity and resource management
• They ensure a smooth workflow in the ambulatory and actively support the team in day-to-day business with patient care, office hours assistance and administrative tasks.
• They coordinate interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other internal and external interfaces
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks and participate in the continuous optimization and standardization of our work processes

They bring with them

• You have completed training as a Med. Practice assistant and bring several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital
• They have several years of management experience and enjoy the leadership, promotion and further development of employees
• Ideally, you have already completed or are ready to complete the further training for the Med. Praxisberatung (MPK)
• You have strong organizational skills, work independently and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are a communicative, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• You are well versed in dealing with digital applications and ideally already have experience with SAP and KISIM
• You think solution-oriented, like to take on responsibility and actively shape changes
