- Leadership of the fitness team
- Determination of shift and work planning including controlling (MAPS)
- Completed basic or further education: As a fitness instructor (or physical education instructor ESSM, gym or physical education instructor with diploma)
Main responsibilities
- Leadership of the fitness team
- Determination of shift and work planning including controlling (MAPS)
- Ensuring the technical and task competence of the fitness team, hygiene on the training surfaces and emergency management
- Acquisition of new employees, including training planning and trial time interview
- You teach personal trainings and conduct short abdominal and back training sessions Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience: in a similar position as well as in consulting
- You bring flair and joy to the leadership of a medium-sized team (8-12 employees) You have a valid BLS/AED ID
- You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of assignment planning (7 days shift operation, working hours between 6:30
- 22:00, regular weekend assignments and holiday assignments)
- You have high social skills, strong communication skills
