Main responsibilities

- Accompaniment of patients Ensuring a smooth entry and exit process of the patients
Company and context
- Execution of general administrative activities such as post processing and other organizational tasks in the reception area Requirements:
- Completed basic training as a hotel specialist EFZ or as a business assistant EFZ Work experience at the reception or in a comparable service-oriented function, ideally in the upscale hotel industry High service orientation as well as a friendly, respectful and professional approach as well as excellent communication skills
- Well-maintained appearance and professional manners
- Strong empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives
- Organizational talent as well as the ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in hectic situations
- Team-oriented, reliable and cooperative working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing;
- Further language skills in French, Italian and English are beneficial
- Willingness to work flexible hours, also within the framework of a rotating schedule as well as on weekends and public holidays We offer:
