- You carry out quality controls (IPK) and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Main responsibilities
- You independently operate and monitor our packaging and wrapping machines, ensuring the highest quality.
- You carry out quality controls (IPK) and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- You independently resolve simple faults, support technical maintenance, and document everything carefully.
- You make correct entries in SAP and ensure smooth material flow.
- You are responsible for small teams of temporary staff, train new machine operators, and ensure seamless shift handovers.
- You support the implementation of changes in the production environment. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience: in machine operation, packaging technology, or production
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): EFZ/EBA or willingness for adult education according to Art. 32 desired German (business fluent): at least B1
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations and technical understanding for mechanical adjustments
