- In the role of the ITSM Platform Owner (based on ServiceNow), you drive the further development and actively participate in the implementation.
- Optimize reporting and ensure that quality and risk management are implemented seamlessly.
- Completed studies or further education in computer science or business informatics
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial services environment
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and process design
- Knowledge of the ITSM of ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong service orientation and a “hands-on” mentality
