Your tasks

• You work in the areas of reception, patient admission, accounting, procurement, human resources and patient billing
• You take over commercial activities such as mail processing and the operation of the telephone exchange
• You create letters, contracts and edit patient data
• You are personally and by telephone in contact with patients and their relatives or health insurance companies as well as with employees
• You book/create receipts and invoices, process offers and orders
• You plan and organize events
• You supervise our trial learners and work at trade fairs and our professional information events

• Good secondary school qualification (level E/M or level A)
