Main responsibilities
- Collaboration in a large production kitchen with around 4200 meals per week in the Cook & Chill process
- Preparation of balanced menus for Bernmobil and 16 family complementary facilities in the city of Bern (Kitas, day schools)
- Compliance with the specified quality and hygiene standards, cleaning and value maintenance according to HA-Berneberg-standard
- Active participation in the further development of recipes and processes
- Cooperation with a dedicated team and with people from the work integration Requirements
- Completed training as a cook/cooker, good German knowledge in word and writing
- Ideally experience in the communal gastronomy or in a production kitchen
- joy in the training of people and in the teaching of specialist knowledge
