The IT Jr.

Main responsibilities

  • can be carried out after basic training or demonstration. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hardware and software setup and configuration.
  • Provide basic technical support to users.
  • Follow standard procedures for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Key requirements

  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • A requirement is that you will register yourself for the BBL program "ICT Support Technician" or "ICT system engineer" in Nijmegen (ROC), Arnhem (Rijn IJssel), or Breda (Curio).
  • You attend school one day a week and work four days at our company.
  • Minimum B1 Dutch language level is required. What we offer you
