Main responsibilities
- Business Management and Development / Project Management:
- Co-development of the strategic and operational orientation of the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in consultation with the institute management
- Development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize operational processes
- Optimization of processes as well as structures and management of projects for the further development of the institute Financial Management and Controlling:
- Preparation, monitoring and analysis of detailed budgets (medical technology, IT, furniture) in close cooperation with the head of business administration of the cross-section
- Preparation, controlling and analysis of comprehensive performance indicators (financial, personnel, infrastructure)
- Definition and implementation of measures to improve results
- Responsibility for performance recording and performance controlling in the ambulatory and stationary area by means of RIS (Radiology Information System).
- This includes the maintenance of the RIS basic data and the preparation and provision of all RIS statistical evaluations. HR management and development:
- Management and development of administrative staff
