We are looking for an HR partner:in a limited period until 31 December 2027 by immediate agreement or by appointment.
Within the HR Consulting team, you are involved in the range of services for the following topics:

- you act as a strategic interface between management and employees, bear overall responsibility for all HR processes in your care area and accompany the national range of services during the current transformation phase
- you support and advise the superiors on all personnel issues, in particular in recruitment, finding wages, conducting employee interviews, and in development and career issues and ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements and company-wide standards
- solution-oriented and empathic personality, with the ability to actively accompany employees and executives through transformation processes
- Well-founded, multi-year HR consulting experience in a complex and dynamic business environment of comparable size - broad and comprehensive HR expertise, including forward-looking methods and developments
Main responsibilities
