  • Overall responsibility for Swiss Re Gastronomy with around 150 employees at Mythenquai and Rüschlikon locations as well as ensuring a high-quality, economical and future-oriented catering offer for an average of around 2,000 employees and guests.
  • Strategic management and further development of the gastronomy along the company’s goals, including management and implementation of projects and cross-divisional initiatives within CRES Zurich.
  • Leadership and development of leaders and talents, including performance management, coaching and succession planning.
  • Financial and operational management with responsibility for budget, costs, productivity, resource use as well as efficient operations and uniform quality standards.
