Main responsibilities
- Personnel and technical management of around 78 employees in four departments: production of chips/french fries, potato flakes, by-products/spinach, Spätzli and acceptance of potatoes
- Achieving qualitative and quantitative targets in accordance with individual target agreement
- Implementation of the requirements regarding occupational safety & health protection as well as sensitization of employees in their own area of responsibility in the areas of safety, health and environmental protection
- Development of the subject area in the sense of continuous improvement (lean/CIP)
- Responsible employee and young talent promotion and support

- At least 5 years: Professional experience in a senior position in production (preferably in the food industry)
- Eidg.
- Professional card: Completed training in production (craft or technical apprenticeship) and additional training at the level of professional examination (BP)
- Significant practical and implementation knowledge in the field of production as well as professional experience in a senior position in production (preferably in the food industry)
- Proactive and solution-oriented working method with a pronounced "LEAN mindset
- Proven competence in project management and corresponding methodological knowledge
- Analytical, conceptual and business competence in German (negotiation certain) French (advantageous) Cosa of Friamo
