For Senevita Giesserei in Arbon, we are looking for a trainee for the upcoming fall semester:

Trainee / apprentice as a qualified nursing professional HF in long-term care, as well as in the in-house home care service.

Your tasks

• Development by year of training:
• 1st year: Lots of guidance, focus on basic care & observation.
• 2nd year: More independence, first more complex tasks.
• 3rd year: Almost independent care, taking responsibility for groups of patients.

What you bring

• Qualified educational background: You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ), a vocational, specialized or academic baccalaureate, a specialized upper-secondary school certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Passion for care and teamwork: You enjoy working with older people and value constructive exchange and collaboration within the team.
• Responsible conduct: You demonstrate a high level of responsibility and reliability when carrying out your tasks.
• Strong communication skills: You impress with excellent communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
• A keen eye: Thanks to your keen powers of observation, you quickly and accurately identify changes and the needs of residents.
• Resilience: You are resilient both mentally and physically and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Awareness of hygiene: A clean, careful way of working and a strong sense of hygiene standards are a matter of course for you.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work flexible hours and adapt to operational requirements.
• Organizational skills: With your organizational talent, you make the working day efficient and structured.
• Language skills: You have good spoken and written German skills to ensure smooth communication and documentation.
