- Assessment/clarification of social insurance insinuations
- Control and processing of orders of foreign employees: to comply with legal and internal universitary requirements
- Advising decentralised personnel managers of the institutes and departments, clarifications with the Migration Office and the Office for Economic Affairs
- Operational support in day-to-day business as well as in ongoing HR and administration projects
- Responsibility and implementation of data quality controls, reporting and processes in relation to work and residence permits
- Helping in the training and training of new employees
- Transfer of knowledge to specialist: ensure the HR community, carry out various training formats
