Main responsibilities
- Together with your employees in the team, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the office centre.
- Reception and care of patients of the special and private consultation hours
- Recording and management of patient data and coordination of preliminary examinations
- Organisation, replenishment and ordering of medical materials and medicines
- Administrative support for patients and active participation in process optimization Introduction of new employees Profile:
- You have an education as a receptionist or a similar professional background
- Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare A patient-oriented approach is a matter of course for you
