- Planning, coordination and support of the practical training of apprentices AGS/FaGe, students HF/FH, interns FMG
- Planning and implementation of learning support and learning days
- Responsibility for qualification procedures
- Ensuring and developing the quality of training
- Technical support and advice to trainees
- Cooperation with external education providers
You bring that with you
- Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH with sound professional and pedagogical professional experience
- Eidg. Professional certificate trainer or willingness to acquire it
- Knowledge of the Swiss educational landscape
- You are motivated, team-capable, resilient, solution-oriented and have strong reflection and communication skills
- You enjoy conceptual and strategic tasks as well as the further development of vocational training
- You are used to working independently
